9. How are the flowers packaged and delivered?
Wrapped in cellophane, our flowers are shipped in a specially designed gift box to
ensure freshness during delivery. Flowers are arranged as shown in our descriptions.
Also enclosed is your personal message, plant food and a care letter outlining the best
way for the recipient to cut the stem ends and transfer to a vase.
(A vase will automatically be added to all orders in the Premium price range, and some orders in the Standard price range).
There are some special cases where the flowers are generally hand delivered by a local florist.
These include "Panic Button" Orders (which need to be delivered as soon as possible), orders to Canada,
and orders for scheduled for a Monday delivery.
10. What time of day are the flowers delivered?
Due to various factors, we can not guarantee a specific time of day when your flowers will be delivered.
Shipments will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. for business addresses and by 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses on the requested delivery date.
11. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
please contact us and we will gladly replace your order or refund your money.
