1. Is there a commitment or contract?

No. We initialize your schedule with 10 deliveries throught the year (combination of "special dates" and "just because"), but you can reschedule or cancel any deliveries as you see fit. You can also cancel your account and any future orders at any time.

2. Will I be notified before any flowers are sent each time?

Yes, you are definitely kept in the loop. We send 3 emails for every order:

(1) A few days before each order is placed, we will send you an email outlining what flowers are scheduled to be sent, pricing information, the attached note, and delivery information. At that point you can log in to make any changes (flower selection, delivery information, etc.).

(2) A few days before delivery date (longer for special holidays like Valentine's and Christmas), the order will be locked and your card will be charged. We will email you with the final total.

(3) We will also email you on the morning of your scheduled delivery.

3. How are orders scheduled?

When you sign up, we create a schedule that extends out for the next 12 months. First we schedule orders on her Birthday, Valentine's Day, your Anniversary, and one other special date you specify.

For the remaining 6 or 7 deliveries, our system attempts to schedule them on random days designed to be spaced 4-6 weeks from each other. By spacing them out, but still adding a level of unpredictability, your girlfriend or wife is sure to be delighted every time!

4. What flowers are sent on Special Days?

For Birthdays, Valentine's Day, Anniversaries, and any other special date you choose, the default selection is Red Roses. Of course, you can change the selection before the order is placed.

5. Do you fulfill through florist networks that I've never heard of??

No, we only work with top florist networks.. ones that we've actually heard of and used ourselves. Our business is built on having satisfied customers who continue to use our service for a long time. It is in both our ethical and economic interests to strive to improve the quality of our service over time and make sure you, our valued customers, are happy.

6. Is this service only for men to send flowers to women?

Absolutely not, anyone can use SaveMyAss to send flowers to anyone! We just wrote all our text that way because writing "him/her" everywhere was getting way too messy!

7. What name will appear on my credit card statement?

"SMA Flowers" will appear on your credit card statement. We've found that most recipient's don't mind being signed up for our service, even when they know about it, but we've added this privacy feature just in case.

8. Do you send flowers internationally?

We only send flowers within the US and Canada at this time.

9. How are the flowers packaged and delivered?

Wrapped in cellophane, our flowers are shipped in a specially designed gift box to ensure freshness during delivery. Flowers are arranged as shown in our descriptions. Also enclosed is your personal message, plant food and a care letter outlining the best way for the recipient to cut the stem ends and transfer to a vase. (A vase will automatically be added to all orders in the Premium price range, and some orders in the Standard price range).

There are some special cases where the flowers are generally hand delivered by a local florist. These include "Panic Button" Orders (which need to be delivered as soon as possible), orders to Canada, and orders for scheduled for a Monday delivery.

10. What time of day are the flowers delivered?

Due to various factors, we can not guarantee a specific time of day when your flowers will be delivered. Shipments will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. for business addresses and by 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses on the requested delivery date.

11. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will gladly replace your order or refund your money.
